Faerie-thyme is a "Magical Place in Wales" for a very different camping experience. This is not your average camping in a field but something very different. The site has camping pitches for tents caravans and motorhomes and if you don't want to take your own unit you can always hire Katie the caravan. How about staying on a pitch with your own covered fire pit, there are only 4 of these available complete with fairy lights around the cover, and a small fire pit with grill so you can cook on it. Logs and kindling for sale in the new 'honesty shop'. Everything for a real wild camping experience on our adult only faerie thyme campsite. Faerie Thyme is a 3 acre smallholding in Crwbin, Carmarthenshire. Its not just a smallholding though, it is a very beautiful magical place surrounded by very ancient woodland and scenery. The woodlands are full of unusual herbs and wild flowers, the footpath that surrounds Faerie-thyme was created (we think) around the 17th century. Some of the hazels that grow on the edge of the path could well date back to a laid hedge that would have surrounded the field. The place is full of magic. We named it Faerie-thyme, as we truly believe in the power and blessings of mother nature, the elementals and the faerie realm, and we hope to share that with like minded people. We are a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site so we can only take 10 tents and five caravans or campervans at one time. Details of how to join are available when you arrive. In the next village you will find a store and post office and we are a 15 minute drive from Carmarthen, Wales's oldest market town.

Llwynifan Farm caravan site is a friendly family run site for Adults Only from March 2013, situated in Llangennech near Llanelli. Hard standing pitches and grassed pitches, all with a view. TV and Mobile phone signals are excellent. Electric hook-ups are available and Wifi is available to all pitches. Facilities at Llwynifan Farm caravan site include spacious shower rooms, toilets and dishwashing facilities. Llwynifan Farm is centrally located to visit the many attraction in South and West Wales, from Cardiff and the valleys to the east, Pembrokeshire to our West, the Towy Valley and the Brecon Beacons to our North and the Gower peninsula to the South.
