The first campsite in
Germany for adults only, may even be the only one. The
campsite at the Great Wentowsee is woken from its slumber
with an ongoing refurbishment. Step by step, the
infrastructure is being renewed. Since April 2014, there are new
sanitary facilities, the beach was renovated and with
refurbished jetty. Further improvements for the 2015 season
are also being made.
A stay at Great Wentowsee will allow you to experience the a
wide variety of animal sounds. This enormous reservoir of
peace we want to preserve even in high season, means we limit
short term campers to just 15 pitches at any one time.
Guests have the option of pitching on the lawn next to the
lake. Pitches are also available with mains electricity
connection. The site has a 38 meter long jetty with 9 berths
for small and large boats. The campsite is approximately 80
