Broadlands Farm Touring Caravan Site offers hard standing pitches with electric hook-up for caravans and motorhomes. Grass only pitches are also available without electric hook up. For those looking to stay longer there are also a limited number of seasonal pitches available. The site has toilets, showers and laundry facilities. A short distance to the village pub, fish and chip takeaway, the local Asda superstore and a good Indian restaurant.  The site is maintained to a high standard and the shower and toilet block have been reported as being excellent. Plenty of good walks in the area from the site and Public transport is available near by. Plenty to see and do in the locality, including adjacent to site, Pugneys Country Park a great day out with two lakes and a modern water sport centre and cafe. Other places worth a visit from the site include Sandal Castle ( 1 mile ) Bretton Country Park & Yorkshire Sculpture Park (5 miles) The National Mining Museum (7 miles) and Wakefield with its historic buildings and the character and atmosphere of its markets.
